Network for emerging inclusive dancers (NEID)

NEID is a free network designed for individuals who are beginning to explore inclusive dance and would benefit from guidance, information and professional connections. The network offers presentations from established inclusive dance artists from across the UK and provides signposting to opportunities, training and sector developments.

Meetings take place on the last Tuesday of every other month, and you can attend as little or as often as you wish.

Upcoming meetings:

Tuesday 21st July 2026, 4–5pm – Speaker: Lucy Turner

Mencap Active Community dance listening circle

This online Listening Circle, hosted by Mencap, will focus on learning disability and dance and brings people together for honest conversation, reflection, and shared learning. Parable Dance will open the session with a short spotlight on our work, and will support the facilitation of the listening circles to guide meaningful discussion where everyone can be heard. This is a space to learn from others and better support people with a learning disability in their dance journeys.

I feel grateful to have met such a warm, knowledgeable and generous network of freelancers working across the UK.
