Lauren works as a freelance dance artist for Parable Dance, assisting with classes delivered in schools and community settings. Her work with Parable includes co-leading a series of pre-recorded warm-up sessions for an inclusive club night project for Carousel’s The Blue Camel Club, dancing for Parable Dance’s resource film Inclusive Practice is Good Practice, and co-delivering a live performance project for Carousel on stage to audiences as part of The Brighton Festival. Lauren is also a dancer with Anjali Dance Company, with whom she performs across England. In addition to her achievements in dance, she is a multi-gold medallist in downhill skiing at the Special Olympics.
