Weekly Classes

For participants & families in Sussex

Parable Dance runs weekly inclusive dance classes in Brighton and Worthing for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). All sessions are fun, creative, and designed with and for participants, led by our award-winning team and supported by community volunteers. Each term runs for 10 weeks, with a break at half-term. Classes cost £8 per week (bursary places available).

Brighton Classes 

Wednesdays - Patcham Memorial Hall, Old London Road

  • Adult - Parable Pop (dance fitness) (18+ yrs): 5-6pm

Thursdays - The Dance Space, Circus Street (in partnership with South East Dance)

  • Youth - Creative Dance (10–18 yrs): 5.15–6.15pm

  • Adult - Creative Dance (19+ yrs): 6.30–8.00pm

Worthing Classes

Mondays - Davison Leisure Centre (supported by Mencap)

  • Adult - Creative Dance (18+ yrs): 7.00–8.30pm
